Recently, our factory saw another peak of deliveries. A customized batch of welding rotators , welding manipulators and welding positioners has completed final quality inspection, packaging, and container loading, and has been successfully shipped to an overseas customer site.
The delivered equipment is mainly used for heavy steel structure and pressure vessel fabrication. The welding rotator feature variable-frequency speed regulation and anti-creep design, ensuring stable rotation for workpieces of various diameters. The welding manipulators are built with high-rigidity columns and booms, combined with precision guide mechanisms, to meet the continuous welding requirements for long straight seams and circumferential seams. The welding positioners, with high-precision slewing rings and adjustable tilt angles, enable fast switching between multiple welding positions.
To ensure rapid commissioning upon arrival, our company has provided the customer with foundation drawings, electrical interface specifications, and operation & maintenance manuals in advance, along with remote video guidance and online technical support. A standard spare parts kit is also included to reduce initial maintenance pressure.
From component processing to complete machine trial welding, every unit has undergone load testing and continuous operation verification. Moving forward, we will continue to focus on automated upgrades of welding auxiliary machinery, shorten delivery lead times, and offer process consulting and on-site commissioning support.
