This week, our welding auxiliary equipment workshop delivered another good news. A total of 3 standard containers’ worth of welding rollers have been fully manufactured and assembled in accordance with the contract schedule. They are now entering the final machine test phase. After all performance indicators are confirmed, they will be promptly loaded into containers and shipped to the overseas customer’s site.
This order covers dozens of units of both self-adjusting and bolt adjustable welding rollers, with maximum load capacities ranging from 30tons to 200 tons. They are suitable for circumferential seam welding of pipes, drums, pressure vessels, and various other workpieces. From blanking, machining, structural welding assembly, to electrical wiring, painting, and final assembly, the entire production cycle strictly followed process specifications, with each stage efficiently advancing according to the planned timeline.
Currently, all units are neatly arranged in the test-and-ship waiting area. Our quality team is conducting no-load operation tests, variable-frequency speed response tests, anti-creep accuracy checks, and load simulation tests on each machine to ensure every unit meets design performance requirements before leaving the factory. Meanwhile, the packaging team has completed wooden pallet reinforcement, rust-prevention treatment, and pre-planned container securing solutions. Once all test runs are passed, container loading and sealing can be completed within 2 working days.
Our factory maintains a stable monthly production capacity of over 30sets welding rollers, and we can flexibly adjust production schedules based on customer delivery requirements. From test-run data to packaging details, we can provide photos, videos, and reports as delivery evidence. Both new and existing customers are welcome to visit our factory or arrange third-party inspection.
