Last week, our welding equipment workshop is running at full capacity. A new batch order has been officially secured—totaling 40-sets welding rollers and 6-sets welding manipulators—and has now entered full production scheduling and component machining.
The order covers 10ton,30ton and 60ton welding rollers and 2 boom-length options of welding manipulators, primarily serving overseas pressure vessel manufacturing and wind power tower shell welding lines. The customer highly recognized our product stability and delivery reliability, and quickly confirmed the bulk purchase after preliminary sample testing and factory auditing.
At present, the workshop has completed material preparation and process planning. Large CNC vertical lathes, horizontal boring and milling machines, and cutting systems are simultaneously machining key components such as drums, main shafts, columns, and booms. Our quality inspection team has completed dimension checks on the first batch of raw materials and machined parts, with all results meeting specifications. Full assembly and electrical panel wiring are expected to start within the next 2-3 weeks.
To ensure on-time delivery, the production department has adopted a two-shift rolling schedule, while the procurement team closely monitors the arrival of purchased parts (gear reducers, motors, bearings, inverters, etc.). In addition, we will provide process inspection reports and weld penetration records as per customer requirements, ensuring every unit meets trial-welding acceptance standards before shipment.
Our factory maintains a stable monthly production capacity of 30–60sets welding rotators and positioners and 5-10sets manipulators. Both new and existing customers are welcome to schedule factory visits or online video inspections in advance.
