This week, our welding positioner production line delivered another completion milestone. A batch of welding positioners covering 1-ton, 3-ton, and 5-ton specifications has been fully manufactured and assembled per the agreed delivery schedule, and has successfully passed the complete machine test run.
As one of our three core product lines, our positioners feature high-precision slewing rings combined with worm-gear reduction drives, achieving rotational positioning accuracy of ±0.5mm and tilting angles from 0° to 135°. They also support stepless speed adjustment and angle locking at any position to suit workpiece shapes and weld joint locations. For this batch, we additionally equipped the units with remote control boxes and anti-collision sensors per customer request, further enhancing on-site operational convenience and safety.
During the test run, our quality team conducted full-load tilting tests, rotational positioning repeatability tests, and electrical safety insulation tests on each machine. All parameters met design standards. Notably, this is our first cooperation with this customer, who, after preliminary video factory audits and sample trial welding to verify our process capability, placed a combined multi-unit order upfront.
Three consecutive on-time deliveries this month fully demonstrate the scheduling flexibility and supply chain coordination of our positioner production line. Our current monthly production capacity for positioners stands at 15–20 units, with common specifications kept in stock to meet urgent customer needs.
