CR-20 Welding Rotator for 3500mm Diameter Water Tank Welding
✧ Introduction
1.Conventional welding rotator consists of one drive rotator unit with motor, one idler free turning unit and whole electric control system. According to the pipe length, customer also can choose one drive with two idlers.
2.The Drive rotator turning with 2 Inverter Duty A.C Motors and 2 Gear Transmission Reducers and 2 PU or Rubber material wheels and Steel Plate Basis.
3.The Idler rotator turning with 2 PU or Rubber material wheels and Steel Plate Basis only for free rotation.
4.Remote hand control box with functions: Turning Forward, Turning Reverse, Turning speed display, Pause, E-stop and Reset.
5.According to the different work piece length, It also can use one drive unit with 2-3 idlers together.
