✧ Introduction
Small light duty 100kg welding positioner is one kind portable welding positioner, it self weight is also light, so we can move it easily according to the welding demands. The welding voltage also can be 110V, 220V and 380V etc. customized voltage.
Rotation speed is adjustable by the knob. The worker can set the suitable rotation speed according the welding demands.
During manual welding, the rotation direction can be controlled by the foot pedal switch. More convenient for worker to switch the rotation direction.
1.Standard 2 axis gear tilt welding Positioner is a basic solution for tilting and rotation of the work pieces.
2.The worktable could be rotated ( in 360°) or tilted (in 0 – 90°) allowing work piece to be welded at the best position,and motorized rotation speed is VFD control.

Small light duty welding positioner is for small work pieces, the 100kg welding positioner with motorized rotation and manual tilting, the tilting system with one hand wheels to adjust the screw, the screw to adjust the gear, so that the positioner will realize the 0-90 degree tilting angle. Even the tilting is by manual wheels, but with the hand screw and the gear, it’s easy to adjust it.
